AutoEffects works on high-end custom projects as well as quality mobile electronic installs of every kind. We are always looking for great, talented and enthusiastic employees. Apprenticeship programs for technicians You don’t have to have experience to become one of the team. You must have a desire to learn. We will teach you through our work-to-learn program. Not everyone is eligible to become an apprentice. You must be selected into this program based on ability to learn and hands-on-skill. The maximum number of openings is 2 per store per year. To enter into the program Submit your background information with 3 job references You must pass a pre-test on basic electronics (study guide will be available) You will be given a 2 day hands-on test (You will be selected depending on skills The apprenticeship program requires a one year commitment. With MECP certifications Sales candidates You must have at least 2 years experience selling mobile electronics or have an ability to sell with a proven track record. Knowledge of automobile is a plus. To become a candidate you must spend 3 days (your choice of times and days) in one of stores and must demonstrate the ability to sell products and labor.
